I recently purchased a 2-pack Wall Latern (#0141008) and the supporting screws were too small and therefore the laterns could not be installed. I had to go buy replacement screws that were longer in order to attach your products. I will never purchase your products again. Terrible.

The problem is on your end not the lantern. I know this because I have installed 5 so far and each one has been a challenge (Because of how the wall boxes were installed). Your specific problem is the receptacle box is set to far into the wall. I also had to run out and buy longer screws. If the screws were long enough for all installations you would run into trouble with the adjustment of the screws and the screws would hit the bracket and the lantern would be crooked. Of course 2 extra screws say 3/4inch longer would have been nice.

I also purchased 4each 2 packs of Wall Lantern #0141008. The slots in the bracket which attach the lantern to the wall box are to small for the standard screws. This is a drawback and you must end up striping the threads of the screws to install the lantern.

I recently purchased a 120 watt transformer. In the “auto” setting, it comes on in daylight and turns off during the dark hours. How can I reverse this so that the lights turn off during the day and on at night?

I purchased some outdoor sconces from Lowes Portfolio #262469 Model # 4440AR. I have had to replace a globe because of ice freezing and breaking the globe. This has happened again and I would like to find another globe. Lowes no longer carries this item, can you direct me? Thanks for your help.

  10. Put simply, when you activate your night light,
a timer ticks down for an established amount of time just before switching the night light off.

I recently purchased a 10.5 black indoor/outdoor plug in chandelier with String lighting. Purchased this item at Lowes Canada for $99.98 + taxes on May 30, 2015. The exact same product at Lowes in the USA was $29.98 and marked down to $7.50. Can someone explain to me how this can be. Even the regular price is an extreme difference. Is there another retailer that sells this product at a lower price. Please advise.

    Thanks kindly,
    Joesy

I purchased 2 ($199 each) free standing outdoor metal palm tree 75″ lamps in 2013—–I broke the glass globe that protects the light bulbs while cleaning.

I contacted LOWES customer service where I purchased them—-they do not carry them any longer and gave me your information.

I would like to purchase some globes for replacements. Can you help me with this? LOWES item # 367381
    and the model # 4862-A
