I recently purchased a 2-pack Wall Latern (#0141008) and the supporting screws were too small and therefore the laterns could not be installed. I had to go buy replacement screws that were longer in order to attach your products. I will never purchase your products again. Terrible.

The problem is on your end not the lantern. I know this because I have installed 5 so far and each one has been a challenge (Because of how the wall boxes were installed). Your specific problem is the receptacle box is set to far into the wall. I also had to run out and buy longer screws. If the screws were long enough for all installations you would run into trouble with the adjustment of the screws and the screws would hit the bracket and the lantern would be crooked. Of course 2 extra screws say 3/4inch longer would have been nice.

I also purchased 4each 2 packs of Wall Lantern #0141008. The slots in the bracket which attach the lantern to the wall box are to small for the standard screws. This is a drawback and you must end up striping the threads of the screws to install the lantern.
